CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan - CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan— A medical card lays tied around a role player’s wrist Oct. 18 during the pandemic influenza isolation exercise aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The card lists the medical data pertaining to that patient. Exercise Constant Vigilance 2017 sharpens emergency response skills across Marine Corps Installations in Okinawa through rehearsals and drills in varying scenarios. This exercise tested the emergency response and preparedness procedures of corpsmen at the USNH Okinawa.
