MARINE CORPS TRAINING AREA BELLOWS - MV-22 Osprey aircraft with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 268, lift off prior to conducting a non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, July 25, 2017. During a NEO, Marines provide security, evacuate civilians, establish an intermediate support base and operate from naval support platforms at sea. Military personnel with Marine Aircraft Group 24 and 3rd Marines worked together in conducting a NEO which took place at three training areas across Oahu to include Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, MCAS Kaneohe Bay and the Kahuku Training Area.
