CHERRY POINT, NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES - Members of the contractor of record, Whiting and Turner Contracting Company raise the final steel beam into place during a topping out ceremony for Military Construction Project 142B on July 8, 2024, at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Topping out ceremonies are a tradition in the construction industry and signify a major milestone for construction crews.
